Great pool, fantastic restaurant service, early check-in offered, comfortable and quiet room, well-done room service, polite and helpful staff.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were new-fashioned. The staff were excellent and very very helpful, I enjoyed early check in. The breakfast was great, with a lot of food. I came here for 1 night and had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay.

The breakfast they served was very very poor, hope one day it will be far better.

I spent 1 night and will be back. Clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed modern and well-equipped rooms and excellent staff. The location was particularly good, for example, Doncaster Shopping Centre was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner here, I had delicious dishes. And there was a pleasant view over the mountain. Perfect service offered in this hotel. Besides, my parking was onsite...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with lots of shops and amenities nearby. Parking was secure and convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was beautifully presented and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. I had a wonderful experience here.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic with convenient access to shops and a large shopping center. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and kept clean throughout our entire stay. We also appreciated the ease of access to the car park.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable with great air conditioning. Located within walking distance of the city centre and popular shopping precinct, it was great being able to explore the city with ease. the staff were exceptional, always willing to help with anything we needed.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space, making it difficult to move around freely. , we found that the hotel entrance was a bit difficult to find at first, which left us feeling a little unwelcome upon arrival.

The outdoor area was great for spending time in the sun and the staff were lovely – they even came to check on me when I got lost in the stairwell. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the little office nook for getting some work done. Plus, the location was spot on for exploring the city.

The bathroom lock was broken which made for an uncomfortable situation. Plus, the manager didn't seem to know how to handle the situation.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Melbourne. The hotel's convenient location near a shopping center made it easy for me to explore and enjoy my time in the area. I was also impressed by the prompt response of the staff when I reported an issue with the air-conditioning in my room. They quickly arranged for me to switch to another room, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay.
